Kylie Verzosa is an actress, host, and entrepreneur — one of a generation of Filipinas carrying the Philippines onto the world stage. Born and raised in Baguio City, she studied business management at the Ateneo de Manila University and worked as a model before entering pageantry.

In 2016 she was crowned Miss International in Tokyo, the sixth Filipina to hold the title. She made her film debut the following year in Ang Panday at the Metro Manila Film Festival.

She has since starred in a string of films, among them Los Bastardos and The Housemaid, with three of her titles reaching the top 10 on Netflix and Amazon Prime. Her lead performance in The Housemaid earned Best Actress at the 2022 DIAFA Awards in Dubai, a first for a Filipina.

With more than 10 million combined followers, Kylie is a leading fashion presence — working with Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co., Dior, and L'Oréal, and representing the Philippines at international events from Cannes to Paris.

She hosts Almost Honest, one of the biggest podcasts in the Philippines. As an entrepreneur she founded the shapewear label SOLÁ and is a partner in the wellness brand &you.

Kylie is one of the country's best-known advocates for mental health awareness. She founded the online community Mental Health Matters after speaking publicly about her own experience with depression, and has given multiple TED talks on the subject. From Tokyo to Dubai to Paris, her work keeps putting the Philippines in the frame.
